Ours has a transplanted 455 cubic inch engine that has the casting number #396021 to show that it is a 455 big block. It also has a 4-speed transmission in it as well as the dual exhaust with the black power convertible top and interior to make it a very enjoyable top-down muscle car cruiser.

Ours is powered by a period correct 455 cubic inch V8 big block casting #396021 engine and backed by a 4-speed manual transmission. This engine has been painted the correct factory copper color and has a performance 4-barrel carb, aluminum intake, chrome air cleaner, chrome valve covers, performance spark plug wires, performance distributor, tubular aftermarket headers, power steering and power brakes.

It sits in a very clean and detailed engine compartment and has a mellow sound as it has a dual exhaust system running out the back.

It rides on BF Goodrich Radial T/A raised white letter tires with Oldsmobile factory chrome mag wheels to give it that 1965 correct period look!

Interior

The interior is black vinyl and black carpet that looks great and feels just as good as it looks with the twin front bucket seats and the matching rear seat. This 1965 Olds has a pushbutton radio, seat belts, black three spoke sports steering wheel, great dash with all factory gauges and performance gauges too.

It is shifted by the 4-speed manual chrome Hurst shifter and the aluminum T-Handle.

Exterior
