2007 Pontiac Solstice

Why This Vehicle is Special

The Pontiac Solstice is a convertible sports car that was produced by Pontiac from 2005 to 2010 and the Solstice was nominated for the North American Car of the Year award and Design of the Year award from the Automobile Journalists Association of Canada (AJAC) for 2006.

It was a runaway hit for Pontiac, with 7,000 orders in the first 10 days of availability and 6,000 more orders before winter. We have a great grey 2007 Pontiac Solstice GPX Roadster here at Skyway Classics that was the last great sports car from Pontiac. It is a low mileage example that has an awesome silver color with a black interior and manual convertible top and automatic transmission.

Features

Mechanical

Under the hood it is powered by a naturally aspirated 2.4 L I4 engine, producing 177 horsepower and 166 lb⋅ft of torque. The engine has everything looking as factory stock as it did when it left the factory back in 2007.

This peppy and powerful engine was Pontiacs version of a sports car engine of the modern era and with its light-weight the Solstice delivers great performance you'd expect in a sports car too.

Interior

It has the black/grey twin bucket seat interior that looks really fresh. It has black carpet and floor mats, with the bucket seats forming a cockpit that's built around the driver with the 3-spoke sports steering wheel, dash with a handsome set of gauges, power windows, power locks, keyless entry, dual airbags, cruise control, a powerful AM/FM/CD stereo, and cold-blowing air conditioning.

Exterior

Pontiac really went all out when they built these Solstices to be a lighter and nimbler companion to the Corvette. Ours has great Pontiac design cues that includes the long hood, flared fenders, sleek profile, short rear deck, and dual buttresses that meet the headrests.

The Pontiac has a black honeycomb front grille, a small rear spoiler, dual exhausts, four-wheel disc brakes, and fog lamps houses cooling ducts.

Ours has the snazzy silver paintjob that really pops and is offset by the black convertible top, shiny chrome alloy wheels, and black sidewall performance tires.

Conclusion

The 2007 Pontiac Solstice Roadster here at Skyway Classics is a blast to drive today and a great classic to have for tomorrow. Offering all of this at such an affordable price means it will be leaving us soon.

It is a great collectable that you can obtain and is one of the most affordable modern classic drop-tops around.

Great Experience -
“ Great experience. Contacted Al on car that I was interested in. I flew in and checked out car and all was well. He even fixed a few extra items that needed attention as well. He delivered car prompt and all was great. Would recommend him for any of your classic car purchases. ”
