Our Corvette was known as the Z16 Performance Package and were really autocross-ready with its naturally aspirated LS3 V8 engine producing 430 horsepower and 424 lb. ft. of torque.
It has wider Z06 style front & rear fenders to allow for larger, lightweight forged aluminum wheels measuring 18x9.5” & 19x12” front/rear respectively, Z06 6-piston front/4-piston rear brake calipers with cross-drilled rotors, and Z06 brake air ducts for extra cooling.
The suspension received stiffer springs & sway bars along with performance shock absorbers and is shifted by the automatic transmission.
Interior
Our 2012 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport Convertible has a great twin-bucket seat Ebony Black Leather interior with dual zone climate control; touch screen infotainment system with OnStar, XM Satellite radio, DVD navigation, Bluetooth, and Bose Premium audio system, Heads-up windshield display; dual 6-way power heated seats, power windows/locks, keyless entry with pushbutton start, cruise control, tilt steering column, HID headlamps, tire pressure monitoring system, ABS brakes, traction control, and fog lamps.
