It also has the correct SS Wheels with new B. F. Goodrich tires, 77,000 actual miles, all original sheet metal, original Parchment bucket seat interior, Ermine White exterior, black vinyl top, dealer installed Body Side Molding, and is original except for 1 re-paint. It even has the correct T3 headlights and the Protect-O-Plate!

Our Chevelle came with a ET stamping code 396 cubic inch 325 horsepower Big Block engine that is verified by the VIN number stamped on the block, the block, heads, and intake painted in Chevrolet racing orange, factory big block chrome valve covers, chrome open air cleaner black snorkel factory assembly, power steering, and power brakes.

It is backed by a Turbo 400 automatic transmission, GM 12 Bolt Rear End, and even has RARE Factory A/C.

The engine compartment is clean, painted, and very original looking and the SS rides on the correct SS Wheels with new B. F. Goodrich tires.

Interior

The interior is also finished in its original Parchment Vinyl Bucket seats accompanied by a black SS dashboard with the SS gauge panel and controls, accessory tach, SS steering wheel, pushbutton radio, matching door panels and headliner, black carpets, black seat belts, rare air conditioning, and the factory floor console with the iconic “Horseshoe” shifter.

Exterior

Decoding the data tag reveals this Chevelle was produced at Kansas City, MO assembly during the 2nd week of May 1968. It was originally finished in code “C” Ermine White with a Black vinyl top and has had one re-paint.

It is said to have all original sheet metal with dealer installed Body Side Molding, and is original except for 1 re-paint with even the correct T3 headlights.
