This Corvette just exudes performance from the minute you open the hood and see the 327 cubic inch engine backed by a 4-speed manual transmission. The engine has had a Mild Resto Mod rebuild with a small cam making over 400 RWHP.

It has an aluminum intake, 4-barrel carb, open element air cleaner with the chrome lid, aluminum finned and scripted Corvette valve covers, factory cast iron exhaust manifolds flowing the spent gasses to a dual exhaust system, chrome ignition shielding, Vintage Air, with all correctly displayed in a very clean and detailed engine compartment.

The frame and suspension had a complete frame-off restoration in November 2011 with a 5-speed manual transmission by Tremec, new front suspension including, bushings, ball Joints, and sway bar, new rear suspension, 4-wheel Wilwood disc brakes, Power steering, and looks, runs, and sounds great.

Interior

This Sting Ray offers a restored completely luxurious driving environment. It interior features individual restored red twin bucket seats that have a factory bolster-like design for more seating comfort and better lateral support, red carpet, door panels, and dual sun visors, central console with its electric clock and radio controls, upright radio, matched speedometer and tachometer are the primary instruments in the Sting Ray with an electrical fuel gauge, electrical coolant temperature gauge, ammeter, red steering wheel, and an oil pressure gauge.

Don't forget to notice that it has that great 5-speed manual chrome shifter too.

Exterior

Our 1966 Sting Ray is beautiful and has the great repainted color Red that covers the Corvette Black Stinger Hood, louvers behind the front wheels that help increase air flow through the engine compartment, and curving rear fenders, that gives it both an aggressive and sophisticated look.

All the emblems, the chrome front and rear bumpers and taillights, door handles, and the flip-up gas cap remain in as-new condition as well as the brand new custom chrome mag wheels and black sidewall tires.
