1987 Ford Mustang Convertible GT

Why This Car Is Special

The third-generation Mustang was produced by Ford from 1978 until 1993. It was built on Ford's Fox platform and is commonly referred to as the Fox-body Mustang.

It evolved through a number of sub-models, trim levels, and drivetrain combinations during its production life and underwent updates for 1987 with aerodynamic composite headlamps and front fascia styling.

We have a 1987 Ford Mustang GT Convertible that has been incredibly well cared for and owned by a senior who was a car collector for years! Great options including a 5.0L V8, manual transmission, air conditioning, and all power options!

Never raced, abused, or mistreated! Always treated as a collector car!

Exterior

Our 1987 is painted in a striking White paint and accented with a red stripe, and a white soft convertible top. The front end was restyled by Ford in 1987 to look more like the SVO which gave the car more of an "Aero" look, in keeping with Ford's overall modern styling direction.

It has taillights with specific body-colored triple louvered lenses, round fog lamps, aerodynamic cladding and lower body side skirting, and a luggage rack on the trunk.

Great Experience -
“ Great experience. Contacted Al on car that I was interested in. I flew in and checked out car and all was well. He even fixed a few extra items that needed attention as well. He delivered car prompt and all was great. Would recommend him for any of your classic car purchases. ”
