2007 Toyota Tacoma X-Runner
Why Is This Car Special
We have a very stealthy 2007 Toyota Tacoma X-Runner here at Skyway Classics that is a specialized model that includes a long-bed version of the crew cab and is called a street performance-oriented X-Runner.
It has a slick black paint job, 4.0-liter V6 that is a terrific all-around performer with plenty of guts down low and a willingness to spin into the upper rev ranges, a quick-shifting 5-speed manual transmission, blacked out mag wheels, disc brakes, and a long bed.

Mechanical Specs
A stout 4.0-liter V6 engine was factory-rated at 245 horsepower and feels that powerful through every gear change. With modern fuel-injection and performance components throughout, it starts instantly, idles perfectly, and pulls like a freight train.
It has a tuned sport suspension to handle the power with double-wishbone front springs, upgraded rear leaf springs, and a rear stabilizer bar.
The entire frame was stiffened as well, reinforced with an intuitive “X-brace” set-up (hence the name X-Runner) with power steering, power front disc brakes, and rides on blacked out mag wheels with black sidewall performance tires too.
Interior
Ours has a grey twin cloth bucket seat interior that offers high levels of quality and practicality. The gauges and controls are straightforward and easy to use and there is rear-seat storage, a center console, air conditioning, stereo radio system, power windows and locks, cruise control, a tilt/telescoping column, air bags, and Tacoma floor mats.
Exterior
Our XRunner is all blacked out with its black paint shining day or night over the ground effects on the lower body, muscular fender flares, a hood scoop, and combined with the lowered and tweaked suspension, sporty alloys, integrated fog lamps, long bed and dark window tint, it is slick!
Out back, the spacious 6-foot bed is lower to the ground than most compact pickups and is protected with a thick rubber mat from the factory.
Conclusion
Toyota will likely never build trucks as cool as this 2007 Toyota Tacoma X-Runner pickup truck we have at Skyway Classics ever again.
You need to come by and take it for a test ride soon.
