1500 Sierra
1986 GMC 1500
Why This Car Is Special
General Motor Company produced the first Sierra in 1975 as a full-size pick-up truck for the Chevrolet C/K trim. The name Sierra differentiated the various trims in this line, such as the Sierra Classic and Sierra Grand.
The letter K denoted the model which had four-wheel drive, and the letter C the rear-wheel drive models, ours is the K 4WD model.
The 1986 GMC 1500 we have at Skyway Classics is a great truck with great red paint, raised stance, great tires and Rally wheels, and V8 power.
