The restoration on this 1963 Chevrolet Nova SS Convertible was just completed and included everything on the car including the engine and transmission. The original 6 cylinder motor was upgraded to a 283 cubic inch V8 which is coupled to her original floor shift, automatic transmission, and a 10-bolt rear end.
When you put a V8 engine in these cars it gives them a good power-to-weight ratio and it is a fast little muscle car.
Our 1963 Chevrolet has the 283 in it with the painted orange block, heads, intake, valve covers, factory cast iron exhaust manifolds, factory black painted air cleaner assembly, automatic transmission, 10-bolt rear end, power brakes, and a dual exhaust system, and all sitting in a spotless and detailed engine compartment.

Exterior
The 1963 got a fresh repaint red paint job that looks great with its aluminum grille, stock hood, great chrome bumpers front and rear, and trim.
It rides on steel red painted wheels with Tri-Bar hubcaps and thin white sidewall tires to give it the right period correct ride and look.
