Mechanical

The engine is a strong running 351 cubic inch V8 usually found in these series trucks. This 351 Ford was a great engine for these trucks as it had good horsepower and torque all thru the rpm ranges.

Ours looks much as it did when it left the showroom with the factory air cleaner on it, blue valve covers, factory intake, PS, PB, air conditioning, factory cast iron exhaust manifolds, and sitting in an original looking engine compartment with all the factory correct parts too.

It is shifted by an automatic transmission and rides high on the suspension shod in great off-road Bridgestone Dueler AT tires on upgraded alloy mag wheels.

Interior

Our 1985 has a tan cloth interior that consists of a full-size soft cloth bench seat with matching door panels, factory XLT dash with wood grain housing all the factory gauges, tan carpet and seat belts, and all the trim looks factory also. It also has a new Kenwood aftermarket stereo radio system with speakers, column mounted shifter, air conditioning, 4WD shifter on the floor, and great headliner.

Exterior

This truck has sharp red paint with chrome bumpers front and back, tow hitch in the back, bed liner to protect the bed, chrome bed rail bars on both sides, large chrome towing side mirrors, chrome fender well and side trim, and great sounds coming out the chrome exhaust tips of the dual exhaust.
