1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass Rallye 350
Why This Car Is Special
Perhaps the most unique among the “junior” muscle cars was the 1970 Oldsmobile Rallye 350. Available only in Sebring Yellow, its striking appearance was highlighted by color-matched bumpers and wheels that gave the Rallye 350 a look unlike any other muscle car on the street.
We have an original immaculate 1970 Oldsmobile Rallye 350 here at Skyway Classics that you will not want to miss. They are only original once and this one looks, drives, and handles like it was brand new.

Mechanical
The only engine offered for the Rallye 350 package was the L74 350-cu.in. V-8 rated at 310 horsepower with a single four-barrel carburetor. Our 310 horsepower engine has a 10.25:1 compression ratio and 390-lbs.ft. of torque at 3,200 rpm, using a single four-barrel 4MV Rochester Quadrajet carburetor.
Our engine and engine compartment looks mostly stock with the bronze paint on the engine block, heads, and intake, Edelbrock chrome valve covers, 4-barrel carb, Ram Air System, power steering and brakes, and all other factory looking hoses and accessories.
It is backed up by a Muncie four-speed transmission that are well-made and offer great performance and rock-solid reliability, typical of GM quality at this time, with the power going to the standard rear end in a Rallye 350 which is an Oldsmobile-built 12-bolt unit, and the FE2 "Rallye Sport Suspension" package, which included stiffer springs and anti-roll bars, both front and rear. It rides on the factory 14 x 7-inch Super Stock II wheels painted Sebring Yellow sans trim rings and performance tires. Interior The factory black vinyl bench seat interior looks factory fresh with its matching rear seat and door panels, factory dash and gauges with auxillary gauges down below, woodgrain trim on both the dash and door panels, black carpet and mats, factory sport steering wheel, original Cutlass radio, and a clean correct trunk too.
Exterior
In an era when chrome was still cool, our Oldsmobile's Rallye 350 Yellow monochromatic color scheme was certainly daring and influential on the future styling of performance cars. Instead of adhering to Oldsmobile's traditional touch of class, the Rallye 350 was bold and muscular.
The Cutlass paint has a shine and finish rivaling a new car it looks that good and it is set off by the W-25 fiberglass hood, D35 sport mirrors, N10 dual exhaust and W35 rear deck air spoiler.
Conclusion
